Career Campus Academy is looking for a creative and performance-driven Creative Video Editor & Meta Ads Specialist to produce engaging video content and manage high-performing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, branding, and digital marketing with the ability to generate quality leads through Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality graphics for social media, ads, posters, brochures, and website content
- Create and edit engaging videos for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and branding
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity
- Handle basic motion graphics and reel editing
- Stay updated with latest design trends and social media formats
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for aviation, management, language, and professional courses.
- Set up campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, and conversion tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, Canva
- Strong knowledge of video editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut
- Good understanding of social media content trends
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing concepts
- Creativity with attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the educational or training industry (added advantage)
- Knowledge of photography and videography
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in video editing and Meta advertising.
- Freshers with an outstanding portfolio and Meta Ads certification may also apply.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (Freshers with strong portfolio can apply)
