Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to gather detailed and accurate information for Odoo ERP customization.
- One of the key responsibilities is preparing a Requirement Document that clearly outlines business needs, functional requirements, and process flows.
- Robust knowledge of Odoo functional modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.)
- Ability to map business processes to Odoo workflows

Create Business Requirement Document (BRD) outlining:

Project Scope
- Business Objectives
- Stakeholders Involved

Define Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) including:

-
Use Cases
- User Roles & Permissions
- Module-wise functional flows
- Reporting & Dashboards

Odoo Configuration:

-
Work closely with senior consultants to configure and customize Odoo modules to meet client needs.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of Odoo applications,



including but not limited to Sales, Inventory, CRM, and Accounting.

User Training:

-
Provide training sessions to end-users on the effective use of Odoo modules.
- Create and maintain user documentation to facilitate the smooth adoption of Odoo within client organizations.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

Assist in system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of Odoo solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the implementation phase.

Client Support:

-
Establish and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and support.
- Address client inquiries and provide ongoing assistance to ensure the successful use of Odoo ERP.
