Position: Senior Accountant
Experience: 4–7 Years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Handle General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, and accounting schedules.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Work on high-volume transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives within finance operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance,
or Commerce; CA Inter or full CA preferred.
- 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing firms or high-transaction accounting environments.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and MIS reporting.
- Familiarity with automation tools and accounting process optimization will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
