Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Nagpur (Ram Nagar) – Work from Office
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of core HR functions and be capable of handling responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance and leave records
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
- Handle basic HR compliance and statutory requirements
- Support in drafting HR policies and internal communications
- Address employee queries and provide HR support
- Assist in Recruitment process as per company requirement
- Focus on people development by scheduling required training
- Performance management of the team and individual departments
- Manage day-to-day back office admin work
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance
- Knowledge of attendance management, payroll processes, and recruitment
- Familiarity with HR policies and labor law basics
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer tools
- Ability to handle tasks with maturity and confidentiality
