About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in retail sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, train, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase showroom sales.

* Handle walk-in customers, key clients, architects, and interior designers professionally.

* Ensure excellent customer service and a premium buying experience.

* Track daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.

* Maintain strong follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.

* Coordinate with marketing, operations, and installation teams for smooth order execution.

* Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with the stock team.

* Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

* Identify current business opportunities and build relationships with architects, builders, and corporate clients.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

* 3–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, home interiors, retail, or luxury products.

* Proven experience in leading a sales team.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

* Strong customer relationship management abilities.

* Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.

* Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

* Experience in furniture, furnishings, home décor, modular kitchens, sanitary, tiles, or luxury retail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
