We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Specifier to lead Specification Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC, developers, and key influencers to ensure Slimmax products are specified in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, institutional, and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect & Designer Engagement

- Build and maintain solid relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, BDM and developers.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and specification meetings.
- Drive product approvals and specifications in key projects.
- Specify Slimmax brand name in Approved make list or list of preferred vendor in relevant categories.

Project Management

- Identify and track residential, commercial, Hospitality, Healthcare and other institutional projects across the region.
- Ensure timely conversion of specifications into business in collaboration with the BD team.




- Influence project stakeholders from design to execution.

Specification Management

- Generate new specification opportunities through regular market visits and networking.
- Support dealer and channel partners in project acquisition and specification activities.
- Organize architect meets, seminars, and product awareness programs.
- Active participation in events and exhibitions with prior approval of management.

Market Intelligence

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and upcoming projects.
- Provide regular updates on project pipeline, customer feedback, and business opportunities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with BD, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
