Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will interact with international customers, address their queries, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Understand customer concerns and provide timely, accurate, and effective resolutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply).




- Undergraduates with at least 6 months of customer support or BPO experience may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluent spoken English.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Willing to work from Chandigarh or Mohali.
