Digital Marketing Intern – Organic Growth & SEOCompany: Platione – AI-Powered B2B Digital Growth Platform (Pune)

Platione is building India’s most powerful digital growth platform for MSMEs—helping small and medium businesses get discovered online through AI-ready business profiles, SEO-optimized pages, CRM, enquiry-to-order tools, and marketplace visibility.
We are creating hundreds of educational videos, blogs, reels, and B2B content pieces — and we need someone who can drive real traffic to them.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for organic traffic generation, SEO execution, and content distribution across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organic Traffic Growth

- Promote our 100+ educational posts, reels, blogs, and videos across relevant channels
- Identify and join niche groups/communities (LinkedIn, FB, WhatsApp, Reddit, Quora, forums)
- Post daily content to attract SME owners, founders, marketers

2. SEO Execution

- Keyword research using Google, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs/SEMrush (if available)
- On-page SEO for blogs & landing pages
- Optimize meta titles, descriptions, alt text
- Update internal links to increase time-on-site
- Improve website crawlability & content discoverability

3. Blog Promotion & Distribution

- Share blogs across directories, groups, and industry communities
- Repurpose blogs into micro-posts, visuals, quotes
- Add backlinks through safe, organic practices
- Submit content to aggregators, business portals, and niche directories

4. Social Media Organic Marketing

- Post daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube
- Engage with relevant business pages & hash#
- Comment strategically on industry conversations
- Grow followers and engagement from SME audience

Analytics & Conversions

- Track traffic, sessions, page views, CTR, bounce rate
- Measure which posts/reels/blogs bring maximum organic visitors
- Suggest improvements to increase signups
- Basic funnel analysis for content → clicks → conversions

6. Competitor & Keyword Analysis

- Monitor what IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, and SME influencers are posting
- Identify content gaps Platione can fill
- Suggest new topic clusters for content creation

Daily & Weekly Activities

- 2–3 hours of content posting & distribution
- SEO updates to blogs/pages
- Tracking growth metrics
- Writing small snippets, captions, and keyword descriptions
- Creating weekly reports on traffic & organic conversions

- Google Search Console & Google Analytics
- Ubersuggest / Ahrefs / SEMrush
- Canva
- Hootsuite/Buffer (optional)
- Excel/Google Sheets
- ChatGPT for speeding tasks

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
