Business Development (Retail Projects & Expansion)

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new retail store locations.
- Manage retail expansion and new store opening projects.
- Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and mall management for leasing and commercial discussions.
- Oversee fit-out execution and store launch timelines.
- Handle lease agreements, legal documentation, and approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

- 5 - 15 years of experience in Retail Expansion, Retail Projects, or Business Development.
- Experience in location acquisition, retail leasing, and fit-out coordination.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
