Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Sumedhas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn and job portals
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Schedule interviews and share meeting links with candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview feedback and updates
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT or technical recruitment (added advantage)
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
