Job Title: Graphics & VFX Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and experienced **VFX Faculty** to train and mentor students in industry-standard Visual Effects production. The ideal candidate should possess strong production knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for developing the next generation of VFX professionals.

Experience Required

* **Minimum 3+ years of industry experience** in the **VFX / Film / Post-Production** industry.

* **Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience** in a reputed training institute or educational organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training sessions in VFX.

* Train students on industry-standard VFX software and production pipelines.

* Guide students in creating professional showreels and portfolio projects.

* Conduct assignments, assessments, and project reviews.

* Mentor students for internships, placements, and career growth.

* Stay updated with the latest VFX tools, workflows, and industry trends.

* Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum and training quality.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of **Adobe After Effects, Nuke, Silhouette, Mocha Pro,



and Adobe Premiere Pro**.

* Valuable understanding of **Compositing, Rotoscoping, Matchmoving, Motion Graphics, Green Screen Keying, Camera Tracking, Paint & Cleanup, Color Correction, and VFX Pipeline**.

* Basic knowledge of **3D integration using Autodesk Maya or Blender** will be an added advantage.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong mentoring, problem-solving, and classroom management abilities.

Educational Qualification

* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in VFX, Animation, Multimedia, Film Production, or a related field.

* Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
