Senior Chartering Manager:- 5-8 Year Experience, Pune

Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Chartering Manager to drive our chartering strategies, optimize fleet allocation, and maximize earnings through market analysis and strategic planning. Experience in Handysize and Supramax segments and robust industry relationships are essential.

Key Responsibilities

1) Guide chartering strategies by analyzing market trends, freight rates, and cargo demand
2)Optimize Operator unit earnings through voyage calculations, market comparison, and opportunity identification.
3) Secure long-term and spot charters, manage fleet allocation, freight trading, and contract coverage.
4) Provide regular market updates,



insights, and analysis to management and commercial teams.

5) Maintain ongoing communication with brokers, charterers, and owners using advanced systems and methodologies.
6) Expand presence in Handysize and Supramax segments, with market.

Ideal Profile

1) Bachelor’s degree with strong communication skills and a robust network of decision-makers.
2) Proven ability to negotiate profitable contracts and a deep understanding of chartering regulations and trends.
3)5-8 years of Dry Bulk chartering experience in Handysize-Supramax (Pacific and Atlantic basins).

4)Greek language proficiency (required for Greece location).
5)Adaptable and professional under pressure in dynamic environments.
