Responsibilities:

-Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, issuing materials, and ensuring timely replenishment.

-Verifying incoming goods and preparing dispatches as per requirements.

-Inspecting items for defects or damages during receipt and storage.

-Keeping logs of inventory, receipts, and dispatches.

-Planning and scheduling transportation for goods.

-Monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery and addressing any delays.

-Coordination with transport service providers for hiring vehicles or resolving issues.

-Ensuring adherence to transport laws, safety guidelines, and documentation requirements.

-Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

-Generating reports on inventory and logistics performance.

-Resolving discrepancies in stock or delivery records.
