Role

- Undertake regular field visits across assigned districts and blocks for implementation, coordination, monitoring, and handholding support under the project.
- Coordinate with CLFs, SHGs, producer groups, master trainers, district and block-level MSRLM teams for smooth execution of project activities.
- Provide field-level handholding support to sellers, enterprise groups, and business facilitators on enterprise operations, digital platforms, onboarding processes, transactions, inventory management, branding, packaging, and market linkage activities.
- Support implementation of business plans and enterprise development activities at cluster and CLF level, including aggregation, procurement, marketing, and operational coordination.
- Assist in identification and mobilisation of suitable participants, business facilitators, and community cadres for trainings and enterprise promotion activities.
- Support facilitation and monitoring of trainings, ToTs, exposure visits,



and district-level capacity-building programs and provide follow-up support to trainees and master trainers.
- Conduct field-level data collection, capacity needs assessments, stakeholder consultations, training assessments, and progress tracking activities.
- Support sellers and enterprise groups in completing documentation, compliances, product standardisation, quality certification processes, and onboarding requirements for e-marketplace platforms including UmedMart.
- Collect field-level information, maintain records and progress updates, and support preparation of training reports, field reports, case studies, and monitoring documentation.
- Identify field-level challenges, provide feedback to the senior team, and support timely resolution of implementation and operational issue

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Agriculture, Management, Arts, Commerce, or related discipline.
