- Prepare Change Requests (CRs), including drafting and design related work.
- Manage technical documentation and report preparation tasks.
- Support assembly line, testing, upfit, and machine shop GEMBA meetings through active in office participation.
- Collaborate with the core team to troubleshoot and resolve assembly, testing, upfit, and machine shop issues.
- Support SCM activities related to alternate part number studies.
- Assist the core team with VPCR activities and cost optimization efforts.
- Assist core team members with warranty compliance and resolving quality issues.
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Qualification - B.E. / B-Tech Mechanical / Automobile.
- Experience Range – 1-3 Years.
- Experience on PLM Windchill or other PLM software will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of internal combustion engines, gensets and its sub-systems.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
- Problem solving ability.
- CAD Proficiency: Pro/E – Creo.
- Expected Skill Level – Intermediate to Expert.
