**Job Title: Business Development Manager (Luxury Jewellery Retail)**

**Job Overview:**

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive retail expansion, sales growth, and operational excellence in the luxury jewellery segment.

- The ideal candidate will lead store launches, manage retail operations, build strategic partnerships, and enhance customer experience across multiple locations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify recent store locations and drive retail expansion.

* Oversee store operations, inventory, and team performance.

* Lead, coach, and develop store managers and sales teams.

* Collaborate with marketing on promotions, events, and brand campaigns.

* Drive sales growth, customer engagement, and loyalty initiatives.

* Monitor market trends,



competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.

* 5–8 years of experience in retail business development, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion.

* Experience in launching and managing multiple retail stores.

* Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.

* Customer-focused with a strategic business mindset.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
