CNC, VMC, HMC, VTL, Machine Operator/Setter

Full job description

- Set up and operate 5 AXIS/TREVISAN/CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance and report machine issues.
- Measure finished parts using instruments like calipers, micrometres, height gauges, etc.
- Ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10th, 12th, Any degree, ITI, Diploma, Fitter, or Machinist trade (preferred).
- 5 - 10 years of experience operating 5 AXIS/TREVISAN/CNC/VMC/HMC/VTL machines.
- Familiarity with CNC controls.




- Ability to read technical drawings and handle measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of tooling and offsets.
- Willingness to work in shifts
