We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our restaurant team. The cashier will be responsible for handling all cash and card transactions, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and process orders accurately.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
- Assist with answering customer queries regarding menu items and offers.
- Reconcile daily cash balance and prepare closing reports.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and peak hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
