About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist – Performance Marketing to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth through paid marketing campaigns for our SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns.
- Create high-converting ad creatives, copies, hooks, and campaign concepts.
- Develop and scale UGC-style advertising campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to improve ad creation and campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and business goals.
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of ad copywriting, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with UGC-style creatives and performance-focused campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and content creation.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Knowledge of marketing funnels and customer acquisition strategies.
