Dotcase is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller to help generate business opportunities through outbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining Dotcase's services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce and explain Dotcase services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and engage customers.
- Prior telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
