We are hiring passionate sales professionals for the CNI Solar segment who can build strong client relationships and generate business opportunities in the commercial & industrial market.

Role responsbility:

Identify and connect with commercial ( Factories, warehouse, hotels, hospitals, schools, Manufacturing plants, Rice mills, automobile plants, & Industry)

Generate leads for rooftop and industrial solar projects.

Conduct client meetings and site discussions.

Coordinate with technical and project teams.

Maintain strong dealer/channel partner relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth.

Preferred Candidate:

Experience in Solar, Electrical, Industrial, EPC, or Channel Sales.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Field sales confidence and negotiation ability.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/EEE/ECE) / Diploma/ candidates preferred.

2-5 Years of Experience in the same field preferred.

Pay: ₹30,005.70 - ₹60,074.45 per month
