Job Description – Architect (2–4 Years)
Position: Architect
Experience: 2–4 Years
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
- Develop conceptual and detailed designs for industrial and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams for design execution.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and standards.
- Review shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural work and resolve design-related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 2–4 years of experience in architectural design and detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.
- Robust knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and local regulations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
