Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and evaluate candidates for hair transplant procedures.
- Assess scalp condition, donor area suitability, and grade the extent of hair loss.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient expectations.
- Perform hair transplant procedures, including FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) and other approved techniques, in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Administer local anaesthesia and ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure.
- Design natural hairlines with a focus on aesthetic outcomes.
- Supervise and guide the clinical team, including staff nurses and hair transplant technicians, during procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques, infection control protocols, and OT standards.
- Manage intraoperative and postoperative patient care, including follow-up consultations and management of complications.




- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, treatment notes, clinical photographs, and consent documentation.
- Counsel patients regarding pre-operative preparation, post-operative care, expected outcomes, and recovery timelines.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality assurance initiatives, and continuous medical education.
- Adhere to all medical ethics, organizational policies, and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

- BDS with MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
- Valid registration with the State Dental Council.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Solid communication and patient management skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
