Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end accounting operations and financial reporting

* Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger management

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income tax and other statutory regulations

* Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

* Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners

* Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records

* Supervise and guide the accounts team for smooth daily operations

* Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management

* Ensure timely filing of returns and statutory documentation

* Support payroll processing and vendor payment management





* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial data

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting & financial management

* Strong knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, Excel, GST, and statutory compliance

* Good leadership, communication & analytical skills

* Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
