Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in building our brand presence, generating qualified leads, and driving sales for our monk fruit liquid and other natural sweetener products. If you love blending creativity with performance marketing and have a passion for health & wellness, this is the perfect opportunity!

Key Responsibilities

- Website Management: Own and optimize our website — update content, improve user experience, implement SEO best practices, and drive conversions.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through various channels.
- Design & Creative: Create eye-catching visuals, product images, banners, social media graphics, and promotional materials (solid Canva / Photoshop / Figma skills required).
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram): Plan, launch, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns. Focus on targeting health-conscious audiences and scaling ROI.
- YouTube Marketing:



Manage our YouTube channel — create video concepts, optimize thumbnails/titles/descriptions, grow subscribers, and drive traffic to our products.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, reach out to, and manage collaborations with micro and macro influencers in the health, fitness, keto, and wellness niches.
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Support additional marketing efforts including email campaigns, content creation, and social media growth.
- Track performance using analytics tools and continuously test & iterate for better results.

What We’re Looking For

- Creative mindset with a strong portfolio in design and content.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads, YouTube, and influencer campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with website management (WordPress or similar).
- Passion for health, nutrition, and natural products (prior experience in wellness/D2C brands is a big plus).
- Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, email marketing and whatsapp is preferred.
