- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Explain course details, fee structures, scholarships, and payment options.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Organize and participate in admission events, education fairs, seminars, and campus visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Prepare admission reports and maintain student documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
