A Property Sales Executive is responsible for generating property sales, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, online portals, and site visits.
- Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with potential customers until the sale is closed.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Negotiate deals and finalize bookings.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new property launches.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Ensure excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Qualification
