Key Responsibilities

- SAP SD
- Expert knowledge of Return Orders, Material Inspection, and Logistical Follow-up actions.
- S/4HANA ARM: Proven experience with Advanced Returns Management.
- Cross-functional Knowledge: Understanding of how returns impact Inventory Management (MM) and Valuation (FI).
- Automotive Domain: Familiarity with dealer claim processing and spare parts return policies.
