- Liquidity and cash flow management
- Fund Planning & Forecasting
- Optimal deployment of surplus funds and reduction of idle cash
- Supervise collections and vendor payments
- Manage banking relationships
- RBI compliances
- Hands-on experience in import procedures (LC, Buyers Credit, IDPMS, etc.)
- IT initiatives in treasury

- - Supervision of trade finance activities such as issuance of bank guarantees, letters of credit, buyers’ credit, and foreign remittances
- Managing adequate liquidity for short-term and long-term business needs, ensuring effective utilization and optimal investment of idle funds
- Coordinating with banks for cash management services and banking products, including negotiation and analysis of bank charges
- Regular interaction with analysts and the investor community through meetings and calls; preparing presentations for quarterly analyst meets, investor conferences, and roadshows, along with competitive data analysis and financial benchmarking
- Ensuring compliance with trade finance regulations and adherence to bank covenants




- Executing foreign currency remittances as per prescribed FEMA/RBI guidelines
- Managing inward remittances across multiple banks on a daily basis
- Updating management on daily forex fluctuations along with detailed analysis
- Managing forward contracts, including documentation, coordination, and compliance
- Preparing regular MIS reports on forex trades, balances, and exposures for accurate and timely decision-making
- Working knowledge of LC, BC, and BG and their application as per business requirements
- Handling import payment procedures (DA/DP/LC/Advance), LC opening processes (import and inland), and IDPMS
- Managing foreign currency transactions, including outward remittances (Form A1, A2, 15CA, 15CB) and inward remittances (export proceeds, advance export receipts, and other receipts)
- Processing bank guarantees (performance and financial) and maintaining records of outstanding guarantees
- Providing support to various functions such as SCM, purchase, and other departments
- Handling accounting/SAP updates and reconciliation of bank charges
- Coordinating with credit agencies
- Monitoring and controlling IDPMS states/regulatory compliance
