Drive sprint execution, release planning, and backlog refinement for crossfunctional product and engineering teams. Partner with Quality, Validation, and IT leadership to ensure inspectionready, traceable Agile outcomes. Support continuous delivery while balancing speed, quality, and regulatory adherence across multiple Agile teams.nnnQualifications: Graduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA 6+ years of experience as a delivery oriented Scrum Master.



2+ years as an advanced-level Jira user. Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and practices Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I / II) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist (SA) for largescale Agile delivery Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.nnnTo qualify for the role, you must have, Strong command of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery metrics in complex enterprise programs. Practical experience operating within GxPcontrolled systems, including documentation and change management expectations. Ability to translate compliance and data privacy requirements into executable team practices.nnnAdvanced facilitation, conflict resolution, and decisionenablement skills across technical and business stakeholders. Proven capability to guide teams through Agile maturity, predictability, and delivery optimization.
