We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidding Specialist to lead our agency profiling and project bidding strategies on major IT marketplaces.
You will monitor project boards, analyze client requirements, draft custom proposals, and initiate initial sales conversations to secure software design and engineering contracts.
This is a high-impact position where you will collaborate directly with our engineering heads to validate scope and deliver competitive pitches. Successful specialists will build a consistent stream of inbound contracts and earn lucrative deals commission.

What You'll Do
- Bid on relevant web, mobile, and software development project postings on Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Craft high-conversion,
customized proposals addressing the client's specific requirements.
- Initiate client discussions, explain URTech's expertise, and schedule calls with our technical leads.
- Manage our agency profile ranking, client reviews, and job success score.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of proven experience bidding and closing projects for IT agencies.
- Excellent written English communication and technical project understanding.
- Ability to quickly interpret client needs and draft highly relevant proposals.
- Familiarity with Upwork agency rules and best practices.
