Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that span the entire application lifecycle. This role focuses on integrating various components and systems to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes. The day includes continuous testing activities such as security assessments, application programming interface validations, and regression testing. Additionally, the role involves developing automation frameworks, scripting automated tests, and managing data and workplace configurations. Active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring supports ongoing enhancements to the testing process,



contributing to the overall success of the project.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.
- Assist in maintaining and improving testing documentation and best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with emerging testing tools and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects effectively to support quality improvements.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Capability to configure test environments and manage test data for accurate test execution.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
