Key Responsibilities
✔ Handle Background Verification (BGV) processes ✔ Manage candidate and employee documentation ✔ Coordinate with candidates and recruiters for timely document collection and verification ✔ Handle Jumpstart activities and ensure a smooth onboarding process ✔ Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate records
Who We're Looking For
✅ 1.5 years of experience in HR Operations ✅ Hands-on experience in BGV handling and documentation ✅ Good coordination and communication skills ✅ Active, energetic, and highly organized ✅ Quick learner with a positive attitude and eagerness to grow
