Job Description

Reporting to the COO, you will:

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across two chemical manufacturing facilities.
- Drive production performance while ensuring quality, productivity, and cost targets are achieved.
- Champion process safety, EHS, and statutory compliance across all operations.
- Monitor plant performance through KPIs including yields, power consumption, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and operational excellence.
- Oversee plant reporting, performance reviews, and improvement roadmaps.
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing manufacturing teams.




- Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure seamless compliance with legal and environmental requirements.

The Successful Applicant

- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Brings 20+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within specialty or process chemical industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-plant chemical manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of chemical manufacturing processes, process safety, and environmental compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, process control, and operational performance management.
- Demonstrates solid leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
