Jewels Hire , a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Greater Kailash, Delhi. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Finance to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, billing, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

- Oversee billing, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting.

- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

- Manage import and export financial transactions and documentation.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and government authorities.

- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.

- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

- Work efficiently with financial/accounting software.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve financial processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com). M. Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter,



or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply.

- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting is mandatory.

- Sound knowledge of:

- Accounting

- Billing

- GST

- TDS

- Financial reporting

- Statutory compliance

- Import & Export finance/documentation

- Proficiency in financial/accounting software.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
