Conduct requirement-gathering and fit-to-standard workshops with Portfolio Management| PMO| Finance| Project Control| Procurement and IT teams. Understand existing portfolio| investment planning| project approval and project execution processes. Identify business requirements| process gaps| integration requirements and reporting needs. Define the target EPPM operating model and end-to-end process design. Prepare business process documents| solution design documents| configuration rationale and functional EPPM processes with organizational portfolio governance and PMO standards. Need to configure| test and deploy: Portfolio Structure and Governance| Financial Planning| Capacity and Resource Planning| Portfolio Item and Project System Integration| Integrations| Workflow and Authorization| Reporting and Analytics and Training
