- Strong experience in Data Reconciliation, Data Quality Management, and data validation processes.
- Positive understanding of Reference Data Management (RDM) and associated data governance practices.
- Hands-on experience with Golden Source or other Master/Reference Data Management platforms.
- Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and troubleshooting large datasets.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, securities, benchmarks, issuers, commodities reference data, and asset management data.
- Experience in data issue investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and ticket resolution.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms such as Starburst, OMNI, or similar data ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and provide clear reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities.
- Experience with IDQE, IDQL, or similar data quality and reconciliation tools across multiple financial data domains.
