About the Role

As the Student Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire student lifecycle—from enrolment and induction through academic progression and successful transition to partner universities.

You will collaborate closely with academic leadership, admissions, quality assurance teams, and international university partners to deliver an outstanding student experience while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Student Services operations across multiple campuses

Develop and implement student engagement, retention, and success strategies

Ensure high-quality student welfare, wellbeing, safeguarding, and pastoral support

Manage student induction programmes and academic support initiatives

Monitor student attendance, engagement, progression, and retention

Oversee complaints, appeals, and student feedback processes

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing Student Support teams

Collaborate with academic departments, admissions, finance, and international university

partners





Analyse student data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with institutional policies and international education standards

We're Looking For

1-8–12 years of experience in Student Services, Higher Education, or International Education.

2-Proven leadership experience managing student-facing teams and multi-campus operations.

3-Strong understanding of student lifecycle management, retention, and progression strategi

4-Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

5-Experience working with universities, pathway providers, or overseas education organizations will be highly preferred.
