About the role

Own the retailer activation outcome end-to-end—from the first delivered order to the fourth delivered order. Identify the biggest constraint in the funnel at any point, build the cross-functional roadmap and drive Product, Growth, Supply, F&E; and Operations toward the activation target.

What you'll do

- Own monthly first-delivered retailers, 1st→4th delivered conversion, time to fourth order and habit-formed retailers.
- Break the activation problem into retailer cohorts, funnel stages and underlying barriers; prioritise the few interventions capable of creating step-change.
- Build and run the activation operating cadence across Product, Growth, Data, Supply and F&E;, with clear owners and measurable weekly outcomes.
- Lead experiments across trust, pricing, MOV, assortment discovery, assisted buying, CRM, payment and delivery conversion.
- Personally drive ambiguous,



zero-to-one problem statements rather than only reviewing dashboards or managing programs.
- Build the activation team over time and create a repeatable operating system for moving retailers from trial to habit.

What we're looking for

- 9–13 years in consumer technology, marketplaces, commerce, fintech or a similarly high-frequency consumer business.
- Has independently owned a material growth, activation, retention or monetisation metric.
- Robust problem-solving ability and comfort moving between user research, product, data, operations and commercial decisions.
- Builder mindset; should have taken at least one important problem from ambiguity to a scaled operating engine.
