Summary:

As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing creative business processes to support organizational goals. This role requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The professional collaborates closely with various business units to define product requirements and develop use cases that align with both process and functional needs. Additionally, the role includes participating in detailed user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business demands, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored and effective across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA PP/QM

Contributing to requirement gathering, solution design, and SAP PP configuration.

Collaborate with multiple teams, drive key decision-making,



and take accountability for team-level outcomes while supporting team performance.

Lead workshops and meetings to capture requirements and gather feedback from stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and system functionalities.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control for Discrete Industries

Hands-on experience in S/4 Hana Green Field , Brownfield, Upgrade Project experience

Ability to ensure adherence to industry best practices and S/4HANA standards during solution delivery.

Experience participating in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration of SAP PP modules.

Deep expertise in key PP functionalities including Master Data, Planning , MRP, PPDS , Execution , Embedded analytics and Fiori Management

Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud and Private Cloud solutions

Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, QM, CO,MES and PM modules.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

Experience in VC/AVC, iPPE, e-PPDS, digital manufacturing would be an added advantage

Experience in Automotive industry & Exposure to Agentic AI would be an added advantage

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
