- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and integration within project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom connectors and workflows within identity management platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline identity governance processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
