As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a explicit and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and drives effective transformation across the organization. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in shaping the future state of the enterprise by guiding strategic initiatives and fostering innovation within the architecture framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise architecture principles and standards to ensure alignment across projects and teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate architecture solutions that support business transformation and operational efficiency.

Rollout and operation of Cisco Catalyst and Cisco Meraki LAN & WLAN / Cisco ISE / Catalyst Center
- Analysis, testing and evaluation of new technologies
- Design, conception and further development of the infrastructure
- Creation of security policies and configuration specifications
- Carrying out tests and certifications (test laboratory)
- Implementation of complex migrations
- Responsible for the troubleshooting of Level 3 incidents
- Implementation and evaluation of error analyses

- Collaboration in a responsible 7x24h operating environment with on-call duty
Good knowledge of building on-prem and cloud infrastructures via deployment pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and confident application of the necessary tools/technologies, such as GitLab, Terraform, Ansible
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong knowledge of designing and implementing scalable network solutions that support enterprise-wide operations.
- Experience with network security frameworks and protocols to ensure robust protection of enterprise assets.
- Ability to analyze complex network environments and develop strategies for optimization and modernization.
- Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and integration of hybrid network architectures.
