Responsibilities

- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs that align with brand identity and strategic business goals.
- Develop creative assets, including web, digital, and marketing materials, while ensuring a high standard of visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative design solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms by developing and enforcing design guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and work hands-on with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create engaging and impactful visual content.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers,



fostering skill development and creative excellence.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and business objectives.
- Conduct design reviews, offering feedback and improvements to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools (e. g., Claude, ChatGPT, and other generative AI platforms) to enhance design workflows, improve productivity, and accelerate design ideation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
- 3-6 years of experience in website designing and copywriting. Experience with a media agency is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of typography (fonts), illustration, iconography, layout, and color theory.
- Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe family, Figma, and Claude Design.
- Ability to consider content, navigation, structure, and user experience issues to create aesthetic but usable designs on the underlying platform.
- Positive graphic designing skills for creating logos, posters, backgrounds, and other necessary creatives.
