Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional skills training for students
- Conduct engaging training sessions on a range of skilled, workplace, and career readiness competencies
- Conduct mock interviews and provide constructive feedback
- Develop training content, activities, assessments, and learning resources
- Manage daily attendance and support the planning and execution of training events
- Collaborate with placement and academic teams

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Soft Skills, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training.
