We're hiring for a Procurement Leader with Indian infrastructure conglomerate with a diversified presence across Airports, Energy, Transportation, Urban Infrastructure, and Sports. About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished procurement leader to head the Group Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Energy Procurement function. The role is responsible for driving procurement transformation, governance, digitization, strategic sourcing, contract management, vendor development, and procurement excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive procurement strategy, governance, and process standardization across business units.
- Lead Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives and digital transformation programs.
- Develop and implement procurement policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive procurement digitization through SAP Ariba, AI/ML, automation, analytics, and reporting.
- Build and strengthen strategic sourcing and category management frameworks.
- Lead enterprise-wide contract management, commercial negotiations, and procurement compliance.
- Develop vendor management, supplier evaluation, and performance management frameworks.




- Generate market intelligence and spend analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive procurement sustainability and ESG initiatives.
- Lead procurement for large infrastructure and energy projects, including CAPEX and OPEX procurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Business, Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, and Project teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence across procurement functions.

Ideal Candidate

- 25+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contract Management, or Supply Chain.
- Proven leadership experience in Procurement CoE, Procurement Transformation, or Group Procurement.
- Strong exposure to the Power, Energy, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, or Large Industrial sectors.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, procurement digitization, analytics, AI-enabled procurement, and automation.
- Expertise in vendor development, commercial negotiations, governance, risk management, and procurement compliance.
- Solid stakeholder management and leadership capabilities with experience managing large-scale procurement operations.
