We are looking for an experienced Academic Mentor to guide and support students throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate should be passionate about student success, capable of building solid relationships, and committed to improving student engagement, retention, and course completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor students and provide personalized academic guidance.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to track student progress and resolve academic concerns.
- Motivate students to achieve learning goals and complete their courses successfully.
- Coordinate with faculty and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of student queries.
- Monitor student engagement and implement strategies to improve retention.
- Maintain accurate student records and update all interactions in the CRM.
- Deliver an exceptional student experience by providing proactive support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Academic Mentoring, Student Success, Academic Counseling, EdTech, or a related role.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple students in a fast-paced environment.
