Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for documenting findings and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes to improve system performance.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must have experience in GitHub Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Must have experience in Power platform , power automate, power apps
- Should have created Bot agents and deployed in multiple environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- Strong understanding of application support methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Ability to document technical processes and solutions clearly for future reference.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot Custom Solutions.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
