- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire.
- Strong experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
- Ability to integrate TIBCO Spotfire with various data sources and platforms.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation within TIBCO Spotfire to optimize workflows.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in complex software environments.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and version control systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Spotfire.
