About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing, branding, and corporate communication initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and can transform ideas into engaging digital experiences while maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.

As a remote team member, you will collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to create high-quality marketing assets, proposals, presentations, and social media content that strengthen our brand and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

- Design creative assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Create static posts, carousels, infographics, banners, stories, reels, and campaign creatives.
- Develop visuals optimized for platform-specific performance and audience engagement.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Marketing & Corporate Communications

- Design email newsletters, promotional mailers, webinar assets, and campaign graphics.
- Create festive greetings, employee recognition posts, announcements, and internal communication materials.
- Develop marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, one-pagers, company profiles, product sheets, case studies, and catalogs.

Event Marketing

- Design promotional materials for conferences, exhibitions, workshops, webinars, product launches, and corporate events.
- Create invitations, banners, standees, certificates,



badges, and event branding assets.

Proposal & Presentation Design

- Design professional proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, capability statements, company profiles, and solution presentations.
- Format documents with clean layouts, infographics, diagrams, and branded templates.
- Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations for sales, executive meetings, customer presentations, and product demonstrations.

Branding & Co-Marketing

- Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.
- Create co-branded marketing assets with technology partners while ensuring compliance with both organizations brand guidelines.

Multimedia & AI-Powered Design

- Create basic motion graphics, GIFs, short promotional videos, and social media animations.
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity, generate innovative concepts, and streamline design workflows.

Required Skills

- Strong graphic design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Understanding of branding, color theory, and digital marketing design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a work from home environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
