Welcome and assist walk-in customers with a premium shopping experience. Understand customer requirements and recommend the right jewellery pieces. Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, their quality, certification, and benefits. Manage enquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other digital channels. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales. Build lasting customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards.



Maintain showroom presentation and uphold brand standards. 1–2 years of jewellery retail sales experience (Mandatory). ~ Previous experience in a jewellery showroom or luxury retail environment. ~ Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi. ~ Customer-first mindset with excellent sales and relationship-building abilities. ~ Basic knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, or lab-grown diamonds is preferred. ~ Self-driven, well-groomed, and passionate about luxury retail.
